These terms govern access to the Spar private beta.
Private beta
Spar is an early product. Features can change, pause, or end. Do not rely on Spar for investment, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Your materials
You must have the right to submit any website, deck, and other material. You keep ownership of your material. You give Spar permission to process it to provide the rehearsal and related decision memo.
Account access
Keep your sign-in link and account access private. You are responsible for activity from your account.
Feedback and output
Spar generates questions and feedback from your material and reviewed public investor-diligence patterns. Check generated output before using it in a deck, pitch, or investor conversation.
